Danish meat cuts
It
can be very difficult to explain to a non-danish
butcher how a danish cut is made to ensure the
absolute perfect traditional dishes such as roast
pork with crackling. This has was a big problem
when we were living abroad, and it has been one
of our most frequently asked questions.
